Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at CloudTen Residential in Timber Flats. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs necessary to meet CloudTen Residential's high standards for property quality and curb appeal. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager in all aspects of property upkeep, including expense control, preventive maintenance, and compliance with state and federal safety regulations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
- General computer skills, including operating a mobile device
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
