Job Description
Counterpart Health (CPH) is seeking a Business Operations and Strategy Manager to drive high-impact initiatives across the organization. The role requires a analytical and execution-oriented operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and systems design.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience at a consulting firm, in BizOps at a tech company, or in a high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff-type role
- Understanding of value-based care, healthcare operations, and payer/provider dynamics
- Ability to drive complex, multi-org initiatives to the finish line
- Comfortable with shifting priorities and able to pivot quickly based on business needs
- Ability to distill complex problems into actionable plans
