Member Incentives Strategy & Operations Manager

We're hiring a high-agency operator to support and scale Clover's LiveHealthy Rewards program, one of our most important levers for improving member engagement, preventive care, and overall health outcomes.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in consulting, BizOps, or a strategy/operations role
• Highly structured in thinking and communicate clearly in both writing and conversation
• Enjoy breaking down ambiguous problems and turning them into actionable plans
