Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to be the hands-on specialist working to keep our property in top shape. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be the person who ‘makes things work,’ from fixing a leaky faucet to troubleshooting an AC unit or repairing a guest room door.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in general building maintenance or a related trade.
- Practical working knowledge experience of plumbing, electrical, and general repair tools.
- Friendly attitude, good time management, highly reliable.
