Job Description
The Aquatics Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while providing excellent service to members and guests at the club’s pool facilities. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the club’s high standards of hospitality.
Requirements
- Monitor the safety of members and guests in and around the pool during posted hours and special events
- Greet members and guests warmly, assist with check-in, and verify membership or access as needed
- Collect and submit pool-related revenue, charge slips, and other required documentation each day
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pool area by removing towels, trash, and personal items
- Reset and straighten pool furniture at the start of each shift, throughout the day, and before closing
