Aquatics Attendant

The Aquatics Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while providing excellent service to members and guests at the club’s pool facilities. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the club’s high standards of hospitality.

Requirements

• Monitor the safety of members and guests in and around the pool during posted hours and special events
• Greet members and guests warmly, assist with check-in, and verify membership or access as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pool area by removing towels, trash, and personal items left by members, guests, and employees
• Reset and straighten pool furniture at the start of each shift, throughout the day, and before closing
• Build positive relationship with members by learning and using their names, providing attentive service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
• Complete all daily assignments and side work as directed, ensuring pool operations run smoothly and meet club standards
