Job Description
Invited is seeking a Banquet Chef to lead the culinary operations for private and member events. This role focuses on menu development, food preparation, presentation, and ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and safety. The position requires creative skills, organizational skills, and the ability to manage food and labor costs. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Banquet Chef will oversee kitchen staff and interact with members and guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef
- Valid Health & Sanitation certification in accordance with state regulations
- Food service management certification (as required by state law)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities.
