Job Description
Invited is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to oversee all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring smooth event execution and exceptional member experience. This role involves managing setup, service, and breakdown, staff management, safety compliance, and direct communication with members, guests, and the team. The Banquet Supervisor will work closely with the Banquet Manager to maintain the highest standard of service.
Requirements
- Recruit, develop, and perform management of banquet service personnel.
- Implement and facilitate training programs.
- Communicate with the Event Sales Director regarding staffing.
- Review banquet event orders (BEO's) and daily logs.
- Oversee timely service of food and beverages, ensuring quality.
- Monitor events and manage room breakdown and setup.
- Provide a warm welcome to members and guests.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
