Job Description
Invited is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional service, manage customer interactions, and create unforgettable experiences for members. This role focuses on welcoming guests, providing excellent service, and fostering relationships. The Concierge serves as the liaison between members and guests, promoting club offerings and supporting member experience initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality
- Service-oriented mindset
- Professional and personable phone demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform various tasks
