Invited is seeking a Concierge to join their Member Experience team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for club members. This role focuses on managing communications, reservations, and ensuring member satisfaction, with a focus on creating meaningful connections and fostering loyalty. The Concierge serves as a liaison between members and guests, promoting club offerings and supporting various member experience initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role.
• Friendly and personable with a positive attitude.
• Professional and welcoming phone demeanor.
• Strong communication skills across various channels.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities.
