Job Description
Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring a seamless dining experience. This role focuses on following service standards, maintaining team performance, and supporting operations. Server 1 collaborates with team members to provide a positive guest experience and assists in service duties as required. This is a non-lead role, supporting the overall club operations and assisting in service duties.
Requirements
- Maintain high standards of service, following the Invited F&B service training program.
- Provide food and beverage service to members/guests.
- Ensure a complete knowledge of the à la carte menu.
- Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
- Assist fellow employees and maintain a seamless member/guest experience.
- Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
- Complete daily assignments and side work.
- Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Support management by completing additional duties.
- Travel to other locations if required.
