Senior Manager, Credit & Risk, Consumer Financing

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Credit & Risk to build and lead the credit strategy and risk framework for Clutch's consumer financing program. The role will involve designing scalable credit systems, partnering with cross-functional teams, and building a portfolio analytics framework.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, portfolio management, or analytics within consumer lending
• Strong understanding of credit policy development, risk-based decisioning, and portfolio performance management through delinquency/loss cycles
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into real-world policy and operational changes
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• High-ownership operator who thrives in ambiguity
