We're looking for a Partner Manager to join our North America Sales Team. As the Regional Partner Manager - East, you will play a pivotal role in driving CM.com's growth by recruiting, onboarding, and enabling strategic partners across the eastern United States and Canada.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in partner management, channel sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS, cloud software, or technology solutions.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas in a partner-driven environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and collaboration with partners.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive partner success and revenue growth.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with conversational commerce, mobile messaging, payments, and AI-driven solutions is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
