Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CM.com, you'll be the engine of new business growth, engaging high-intent inbound leads, running structured discovery conversations, and delivering compelling positioning of CM.com's Engagement Platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or B2B sales (SaaS or tech preferred)
• Strong outbound prospecting skills and confidence on the phone
• Commercial curiosity and ability to understand technical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised and self-driven
• Coachable, resilient, and motivated by targets
