CEVA Logistics is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Air & Ocean Freight sales team. The role involves identifying, targeting, and securing new air and ocean freight opportunities within the SME and mid-market space.

Requirements

• Proven track record of new business sales within an air and ocean freight forwarding environment
• Significant knowledge and experience in the Air and Ocean sector
• Defined and developed network of clients and contacts
• Strong commercial and business acumen skills
• Natural negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and tenacious hunter mindset
• Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel nationally
