CEVA Logistics seeks a Business Process Excellence Expert to drive quality and efficiency of processes in the regional CEVA Lead Logistics / 4PL operational Supply Chain Control Tower teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or engineering, or related secondary degree with comparable level of experience, and at least five years of experience in a comparable role. The salary range is $105,000 - $115,000/yr.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or engineering, or related secondary degree with comparable level of experience
- Minimum five years in a comparable role (Business Analysis, Process Management, Operational Excellence or similar)
- Practical knowledge and experience in transportation, logistics or warehousing, or other process-oriented fields in the industry
- Proven track record in Project Implementation, Change Management, Business Process Improvements, Continuous Improvement, Lean Management projects or similar
- Knowledge of Lean Management (or similar) principles and related tools
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge of BI tools (Business Objects, Tableau, Qlik) on an end-user level
- Strong analytical and process management skills
- Quality- and solution-driven mindset with a strong affinity to data and details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong willingness to take initiative and inspire, motivate and influence individuals and teams to achieve the desired results
- Experienced in preparing and providing trainings, guidelines and presentations
- Hands-on and pragmatic mentality, ability to share knowledge while continuously seeking to learn from others and through this, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
