Job Description
CEVA Logistics seeks a Business Process Manager to lead contingent labor resources for several sites, including one of their largest operations in North America. The role involves interfacing with temporary agencies, collaborating with line management, and providing leadership and support for Smartsheet tools. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business management or a related field and at least five years of related work experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum five years related work experience
- Minimum three years staffing industry experience
- Minimum three years supervisory or managerial experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience and proficiency with Smartsheet tools
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
