Job Description
We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Senior Specialist to support our HR team in implementing compensation and benefits programs for our employees in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The role involves working closely with the HR Senior Manager C&B and participating in a fascinating international environment within our DACH region.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits
- Good knowledge of labor law frameworks (e.g. in the field of tax law)
- Secure handling of MS Office and HR systems
- Well-developed analytical thinking and experience in working with data analyses and HR systems
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
