The role involves designing and optimizing compensation packages and benefits, benchmarking studies, and collaboration with external partners and finance department.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, personnel management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in compensation and benefits
- Good knowledge of labor law framework conditions
- Analytical thinking and experience working with data analysis and HR systems
- Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking
