CMA CGM is seeking an Employee Experience & HR Projects Lead (APAC) to lead high-impact employee experience, engagement, DEI, wellbeing, and emerging talent initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years focused on DEI or employee experience role activities.
• Proven experience in employee engagement, DEI, wellbeing, and learning initiatives.
