CEVA Logistics seeks a Key Account Management Expert to develop business relationships with strategic Technology customers in North America, focusing on customer growth, retention, and relationship expansion.
Requirements
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Demonstrated sales success and knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Cognizant of domestic and international regulatory compliance laws and regulations related to the supply chain and transportation industry
- In depth knowledge of CTPAT and TAPA security certifications and requirements in relation to Technology sector customer requirements
- Knowledge of high value commodity transportation requirements and procedures and requirements
- In Depth knowledge of and ability to interpret complex RFQ formats, and ability to communicate customer requirements to internal procurement and pricing teams
- PC literate. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
