Job Description
CEVA Logistics offers a dynamic work environment that fosters personal growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. The company is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join its Tarragona team, responsible for organizing and operating daily transportation activities for a client, managing KPIs and reporting, and leading a team of intermediate managers.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Industrial Organization
- At least 5 years of previous experience in production or management of workshops/teams within the logistics, industrial, or automotive sector
- B2/C1 level of English
- Expert mastery of Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of PowerBI will be valued in the future
- Leadership competencies, analytical capacity for data management, and orientation to Lean processes
