Teamleiter Luftfracht Export Healthcare (m/w/d)

CEVA Logistics is looking for a Team Leader to join their team in Frankfurt am Main. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals in air freight export healthcare, ensuring timely and efficient processing of international air freight shipments, and developing efficient transportation solutions that are cost-effective and customer-focused.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in air freight or logistics, preferably in the forwarding industry
• In-depth knowledge of air freight export, particularly in handling hazardous goods (DGR) and temperature-controlled shipments (active/passive)
• Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• High level of initiative, decision-making ability, and sense of responsibility
