Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7+ years in transport or freight forwarding
- 7+ years in customer service with international clients
- Experience in 4PL or Control Tower environments
- Proven leadership of teams with 20+ staff
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
