Operations Manager Inbound/Outbound (m/w/d) - Lich bei Gießen

We are looking for an experienced leader to take over the entire operational responsibility for a highly dynamic logistics center with over 1,000 employees. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee all operational areas and ensure quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in logistics, business administration or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of experience in operational leadership of warehouse/shipping processes with leadership responsibility
• Comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce logistics, personnel management, and KPI management
• Experience with SAP R3, WMS/ERP systems, and very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Personal aptitude for leading employees, combined with independent thinking and decision-making ability
• Hands-on mentality, team spirit, flexibility, and organizational talent
