Site Manager (m/w/d) - Lich bei Gießen

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Site Manager to lead an international logistics site with over 1,000 employees and a turnover volume of $300 million. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational management, budget and result responsibility, resource management, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in economics, business administration (BWL), ideally with Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
• Several years of professional experience in logistics, operations, or customer management – ideally in an international environment
• Experience in implementing new warehouse houses
• Leadership experience with large teams (1,000+ employees)
• Strategic strength combined with developed skills in change management
• Certification in project management (Prince 2 Practitioner or comparable) is advantageous but not a requirement
