Site Manager BFC

CEVA Logistics is a leading international logistics service provider seeking a Site Manager to lead the high-mechanized bolt Fulfillment Center (BFC) in Waalwijk, NL. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a site management team and indirectly responsible for 500 to 1,500 employees.

Requirements

• Budget and P&L responsibility for all activities of the Site
• Strategy formation and translate to plans and (yearly) goals in line with the ambition of the customer and CEVA
• Indirect leadership of the operation and end-responsible for realizing KPIs
• Mobilizing, coaching, developing, and evaluating employees
• Encourage employee development, focused on their capacities, ambitions, and promote excellent and innovative behavior

• Salary between € 7,500,- and € 9,000,- gross per month
