We are hiring a Private Markets Specialist to join the CMC CapX team. CMC CapX combines deep capital-rasing experience with cutting-edge technology to expand access, enhance liquidity, and redefine how private companies and investors connect globally.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of private equity, venture capital, private credit, and other alternative investments
- Experience structuring or executing primary capital raises and/or secondary market transactions
- Familiarity with liquidity solutions, including direct secondaries, LP interests, and tender offers
