Job Description
The Addiction Mental Health Worker will provide support and guidance to clients in a transitional residential treatment facility, helping them to build life skills, manage challenges, and achieve greater wellness and independence. The worker will also be responsible for creating and implementing individual rehabilitation plans, providing health teaching and medication management, and facilitating group activities and community outings.
Requirements
- Degree of Diploma in the Social Sciences or a related Field
- Current, satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC)
- Valid Drivers license and access to a vehicle with at least $2 million liability insurance
