Job Description
Associate Scheduler role at CMTS, supporting construction scheduling activities on large capital improvement programs. Job responsibilities include reviewing contractor schedules, performing schedule analysis, and assisting project teams in maintaining accurate and compliant project schedules using Primavera P6.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum three (3) years of full-time professional experience in construction scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor
- Experience supporting educational facilities or public works projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest version) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with project teams
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and contract specifications
