CMTS is seeking a Project Scheduler to support large-scale capital construction programs in Los Angeles, CA. The role is responsible for developing, reviewing, and analyzing construction schedules using Primavera P6 while ensuring alignment with project scope, contract requirements, and program-level controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum six (6) years of full-time professional experience in construction scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor
- Experience supporting public works or educational facility projects preferred
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest version)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning abilities
- Ability to build effective working relationships with project teams
- Understanding of cost engineering principles, scheduling methodologies, and schedule forensics
