Job Description
We are seeking a Service Receptionist to join our team at CMI Toyota in South Australia. As a Service Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, answering phone calls and resolving enquiries in a professional manner, accurately processing service bookings, and supporting other admin activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in admin, reception and/or customer service roles
- Customer-first mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to organise and manage time in a busy environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, admin skills, and general computer proficiency
- Current driver’s license
