Job Description
The Account Servicing Specialist is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Deposit Operations Department, providing superior customer service, and ensuring accurate posting and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of administrative experience
- ACH experience preferred
- Systems knowledge working with DNA FISERV and/or CWSTCM a plus
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
- Basic keyboarding and calculator skills
- Ability to do simple math and carry out written instructions
