Job Description
DOC Services is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Support Specialist to join our team. This role provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the accounting and account management teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in a similar role or related industry preferred
- Strong customer service and client communication skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability and willingness to learn company SOPs, systems, and technical service offerings
- Working knowledge of customer-specific billing rates and rules preferred
- Ability to comprehend scopes of work and update customer portals accurately and within required timeframes
