Job Description
Technical leadership role in waste management industry, leading a team of 220 employees, responsible for technical department and strategic development of the company.
Requirements
- Completed technical university degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a technical leadership function of a waste management company or a related field
- Experience in planning, controlling, and implementing strategic projects and complex processes
- Ideally, knowledge of procurement and public budget law
- High level of resilience with both precise and result-oriented working style
- Ability to communicate openly, trustfully, and valuingly with different hierarchical levels
- Assertive appearance and good communication skills
- Pronounced team and motivation skills
