Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technically-engineering scientific study program
• Professional experience in the field of building management, operation, and maintenance
• Building plan approval (AKNVV, IKBauNRW) or the prerequisite and willingness to acquire it
• Experience in preparing building applications independently
• Initial experiences in leading teams
