Job Description
The Zweckverband Abfallbehandlung Kahlenberg (ZAK) is seeking a Technischer Geschäftsführer (m/w/d) to lead the technical operations of the company, including over 100 employees, and to develop and implement strategic projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with regulations and laws, as well as developing efficient processes and representing the company externally. The position requires a high level of experience in technical leadership and project management, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer technischen Leitungsfunktion eines Abfallwirtschaftsbetriebs mit komplexer Anlagentechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung strategischer Projekte und komplexer Prozesse sowie im Umgang mit Behörden und externen Dienstleistern
