Job Description
As a Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing and completing all basic aspects of initial or renewal agent appointment processing, providing customer support, and building/maintaining agent information in the licensing processing systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of agent information.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment
- 1 year of life insurance administrative processing experience
