Job Description
CNA's Analytics organization is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead Agile teams in designing and developing comprehensive data marts and advanced analytics and reporting capabilities to support underwriting, pricing strategy, and portfolio management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically a minimum of five years as a Product Owner or equivalent role
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with commercial insurance data, including Commercial Property, Marine, and Casualty
- Strong data knowledge and experience on building data mart, data warehouse and data lake
- Successful track record with Agile methodologies
- Applicable certifications preferred (e.g. SAFe PO/PM, CSPO or PSPO)
