Senior Product Owner - Policy Administration & Guidewire

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our Agile team. As a customer proxy, you will be responsible for prioritizing and defining the team backlog, establishing story acceptance criteria, and driving content via prioritized user stories. You will work closely with the Scrum Master to monitor metrics and suggest new ways of increasing quality and verifying business value delivered by the team.

Requirements

• Support one to two Agile Scrum teams on initiatives of medium to large complexity
• Own, define, and prioritize the team backlog, establish story acceptance criteria, drive content via prioritized user stories
• Provide information to the team to establish technical feasibility and scope estimates
• Analyze ways to split backlog items into smaller chunks of incremental value
• Build customer and user insights into all stages of the Scrum planning and execution process
• Proactively analyze metrics and recommend changes to the product based on data from feedback loops
• Lead by example and facilitate Product Backlog Refinement
• Inspire and motivate a team to constructively challenge each other, have a sense of ownership, and advocate for the right long-term decision making
