We are seeking an Underwriting Manager to lead a team of underwriters and drive business results through streamlined processes and collaborative growth.
Requirements
- Manage an underwriting staff and oversee business results
- Lead the management of a multi-region renewal portfolio
- Onboard, train, and develop underwriters
- Review and approve referrals within authority
- Prepare and present operational reports to management
- Drive regional and business unit initiatives and strategies
- Develop and maintain agency and/or broker relationships
