We are seeking a Mining Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to support the evaluation, development, and execution of mine and projects plans through collaboration with Canadian Natural Mine Operations, Geotechnical Engineering, Maintenance, Process Engineering and Mine Technical Services groups.
Requirements
- Degree in Mining, Civil or Geological Engineering
- Registered or eligibility to register as an EIT with APEGA
- Previous experience in the oil sands industry, especially in tailings, is an asset
- Experience with mine planning software; Maptek Vulcan, Minebridge Muk3D, and Runge XACT/XPAC is an asset
- Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license
