Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator coordinates all services related to building operations and maintenance, vehicles maintenance and repair, security, health and safety drills, employee onboarding and special projects. This role is responsible for coordinating common area site repairs, managing work orders, and providing reports on open and closed work orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years’ experience in Facility Operations
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry
• Knowledge in the use of hand tools
• Ability to work independently without limited supervision
• Working knowledge of (CMMS) Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Valid Michigan’s driver’s License
• Current proof of insurance and registration
• Must pass background check and drug screen
