Finance Director

CNS Healthcare, a leading provider of Mental Health Services in southeast Michigan, is seeking a Finance Director to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. The Finance Director will provide leadership and oversight of the accounting and financial operations for the organization and provide direct assistance to the Chief Financial Officer and other Executive Team Leaders as needed.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of nonprofit fund accounting, software, and systems
• Expert knowledge of GAAP
• Knowledge of Federal Grants & Contract requirements
• Experience coordinating annual audits/budgets, forecasting, and maintaining financial records/statements
• Experience with Health Record systems (EHR)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
