Job Description
Operate an efficient, accurate and thorough Finance/Accounting Department as Director of Finance, overseeing MHA's financial strategy, reporting and operations, ensuring organizational short and long-term fiscal health, regulatory compliance and strategic vision.
Requirements
- Bachelors Level Accounting Degree with at least five (5) years accounting experience
- Prior not-for-profit accounting experience a plus
- Effective communication, management and analytical skills
- Strong leadership working with a team to develop and foster independence and department success
- Experience with accounting software, direct experience with Fund EZ a plus
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
