High school diploma, 18+ years of age for daytime services, and valid driver's license
Crisis Call Center Day Program Supervisor
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), 2-3 years of supervisory experience, and bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Health Home Plus Care Manager
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or 2+ years of experience in related field. Requires expertise in behavioral health and proficiency in Spanish and English. Experience with EHR systems is desirable
Care Coordination - Senior Care Manager
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience providing direct services to persons with mental disabilities
Bilingual Care Manager
Associate's degree or higher with 2+ years of experience, or an associate's level education with 5+ years experience. Experience with Spanish/English, and ability to work independently is preferred
Clinical Counselor Part-Time / Per-Diem
LCSW/LMSW/LMHC license required. 3+ yrs clinical experience with assessment/therapy/crisis management. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Working knowledge of Motivational Interviewing & Strength-Based approaches
Crisis Call Center Counselor - PT / Per Diem
Bachelor's degree (social work, counseling, sociology, psychology). Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Experience w/ motivational interviewing and strength-based approaches. Knowledge of HR resources
Assisted Outpatient Treatment Case Manager (AOT)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. NYS license. 2+ years’ experience. Experience with Health Homes is highly desired
Mental Health Clinician
Requires LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCAT license. 1+ years’ experience using Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed practices. Experience with electronic health records and community mental health setting
Crisis Call Center Evening & Overnight Program Supervisor
2-3 years of supervisory experience, master's degree in social work or mental health counseling, or related field with experience in assessment and crisis management
