Job Description
The Crisis Call Center Day Program Supervisor assists with the oversight of Crisis Call Center Counselors during their assigned shifts, providing direct supervision, coaching, and technical oversight. The supervisor is responsible for monitoring and completing required data collection, ensuring compliance with program standards, and prioritizing work to ensure proper coverage of functions. They also provide real-time support to counselors experiencing difficulties on calls and handle escalated caller inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Master's in Social Work, Master's in Mental Health Counseling, OR Master's in a related field
- Bachelor's degree working towards Master's degree
