IT Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a highly valued and learning-oriented candidate to serve as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, take initiative, and provide expert-level support in Information Technology systems, answering users' questions and troubleshooting problems with business applications, electronic health record systems, processes, and Information Technology devices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role or similar
• Valid and unrestricted Driver's License
