Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant plays a key role in representing the agency, often serving as a first impression to individuals served and visitors to any office sites. They are trusted to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment and provide the best customer service possible. This is primarily an administrative position, however; our Medical Assistants do assist our Clinic team by collecting vitals and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or similar
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
• Passion for providing an unparalleled customer service experience in a dynamic and diverse work environment
• Proficiency in word processing, data entry, and telephone skills
• Ability to be forward thinking and take initiative to accomplish goals and objectives
• Ability to use discretion and judgement when handling matters of a sensitive or confidential nature
