Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors Compensation
- Completed certification in SuccessFactors Compensation or proof of comparable experience
- Several years of experience in project work and developed consulting expertise
- In-depth knowledge of personnel-related topics and especially HR processes
- Experience with SuccessFactors Variable Pay
- High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive collaboration
- Negotiation-secure German and English knowledge
